Conduct technology scouting to identify and assess external technologies or innovations with potential to create business opportunities for the company.
Coordinate and build collaborations with external partners, both domestic and international, such as startups, academic institutions, and research organizations.
Develop and manage Open Innovation projects from the initial stage through pilot testing to full implementation.
Prepare proposals, feasibility analysis reports, and business impact assessments related to innovation adoption.
Support innovation strategy planning and promote innovation-driven activities within the organization, such as Innovation Day, pitching events, and workshops.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for a Bachelor&aposs degree and 3.30 for a Master&aposs degree
Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above, or English proficiency at B1 level or higher (If no test score is available, the test can be taken later).
Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and strategic analysis skills in English; able to effectively collaborate with both internal and external partners
At least 1 year of experience in project management or innovation partnership development.
Capable of identifying, evaluating, and connecting external technologies or solutions.
Willing to be based and work regularly in upcountry locations (Based in Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province).
