Innovation Program Manager (Director) - Leading Financial Services Organisation

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Innovation Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide innovation initiatives that support business transformation and long-term growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Digital and Operations, you will identify, develop and deliver innovation programmes, leveraging emerging technologies, strategic partnerships and new ways of working to create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

You will lead the development and execution of innovation programmes from ideation through implementation, partnering with business and technology teams to identify opportunities that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and support strategic priorities. You will manage innovation portfolios, oversee proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives, and establish governance to track programme outcomes and value realisation.

You will evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends and fintech solutions, working with external partners and internal stakeholders to assess opportunities and scale successful initiatives. In addition, you will champion a culture of innovation by facilitating cross-functional collaboration, promoting agile experimentation and driving adoption across the organisation.

Requirements

You have 15- 20 years of experience in innovation, strategy, transformation or programme management, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry. You possess a strong track record of delivering cross-functional innovation or digital transformation initiatives and are familiar with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics or digital platforms.

You are a strategic and commercially minded programme leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing innovation portfolios, ecosystem partnerships, design thinking or agile methodologies will be highly regarded.
