Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Rep to support hardware sales initiatives in SEA for 3 month contract based. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across key market segments, driving pipeline growth, and enabling the sales team to achieve revenue targets for hardware portfolio (desktops, laptops, servers, storage, and peripherals).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for hardware solutions through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads within SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends
Lead Qualification
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks
- Schedule meetings and hand over high-quality leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead status and activity tracking in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Total working experience minimum 2 years with Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales (inbound/outbound), or cross selling/upselling exposure in technology sales
- Strong communication and prospecting skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Understanding of hardware solutions or similar enterprise IT products
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with or selling Technologies products
- Knowledge of SEA IT market and buying landscape
- Experience in channel sales or partner ecosystem
