Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP solutions, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.

Client Needs Analysis:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Recommend the most appropriate ERP solutions based on their needs.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales performance, report on metrics, and provide regular updates to management.

Market Research & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points and offer solutions.

Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field is required
  • Minimum 3 Years in LEAD Generation or Sales Background (IT Knowledge in Software and Hardware)
  • Must have a background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales especially on ERP + HR Solution is a advantage
  • Prior experience in sales, ideally within the IT industry, is highly required (supporting TH Market)
  • Communication Skills: Speak Fluent English (Strong Verbal and Written Communication)
  • Strong Experience in Cold Calling targeting TH Market
