Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Check product prices and freight rates.
  • Issue sales quotations, sales contracts, purchase contracts, and cost structures.
  • Book freight, coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor and update vessel schedules, and inform customers accordingly.
  • Issue Sales Orders (S/O) and Purchase Orders (P/O) in IBS Visibility system.
  • Follow up on customer payments.
  • Send draft shipping documents to customers for confirmation and send the full set of finalized shipping documents (coordinate with the documentation team for revisions).
  • Follow up on delivery status.
  • Process service fee payments to IO.
  • Issue commission agreements to agents and process payments.
  • Add new vendors and customers to the system.
  • Issue internal memos as required.
  • Submit the starch sample for inspection to acquire the Radioactive Certificate.
  • Follow up on documents for the submission of the export standard certificate every six months

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in export and import operations is an advantage.
  • Employment Type: Special contract (1-year continuous)
