Role Description
Nordfab Ducting is looking for anInside Sales & Technical Managerto play a key role at the intersection ofengineering, sales, and regional coordination. This role combines technical expertise, commercial responsibility, and close collaboration with Nordfab and Nederman Group companies across APAC.
You will support customers, distributors, and internal sales teams with technical solutions, while also driving group and export sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Support- Provide technical and engineering support to customers, distributors, Nordfab sales teams, and Nederman Group sales teams
- Survey, design, and propose dust collection systems including drawings, BOMs, budgets, project proposals, and schedules
- Prepare engineering, fabrication drawings, manuals, special parts, and support new product pre-production
- Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, and CSG teams on specifications and engineering details
- Support product testing, sample parts, and technical documentation
- Deliver technical presentations and training to customers, distributors, and internal teams
Sales & Group Coordination- Set and manage annual sales targets for Nederman Group companies (AU, CN, IN, ID, MY, VN)
- Coordinate sales activities across Nordfab and Nederman Group entities
- Prepare pricing and quotations, create Precal numbers, and manage contribution ratios (CR%)
- Develop and execute sales, strategy, and marketing plans for group sales
- Maintain sales pipeline reporting and present monthly updates to CSG and Finance
Export Sales- Define and achieve annual export sales targets
- Maintain and grow key external export accounts
- Identify and develop new customers and regional markets
- Visit overseas customers for technical updates and training when required
- Evaluate distributor performance and support regional expansion strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 510 years experience in engineering roles (design, project engineering, maintenance/service)
- Strong engineering design, drawing, and project execution skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D (certification is a plus)
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales activities
- Good presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales processes
- Proficient in MS Office and standard business software
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
