Inspection Operator (MFW1.1)

Job Description

• Produce/Inspect parts following the standard.

• Work under company regulations and department work standards.

• Confirm machine, equipment, and cleaning before starting work.

• Perform cleaning and 5S in the responsible working area.

• Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of the production process.

• Operate processes with Poka Yoke, including sorting following the standard.

• Print labels and label boxes.

• Perform Kanban scanning, Kanban leveling, process release, and understand the system.

• Check quantity, labeling, part number/model.

• Perform other jobs assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Secondary school or higher, Vocational or diploma in mechatronic, mechanic, maintenance, electric or electronic are preferable.

Qualifications:

• English: Fair or able to use some words as needed.
• Able to work following leader's instructions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset.
• Social Competence.
• Daily ESQCD, 5S condition.
• Visual Inspection / Change Over / Component Assembly.
• Quality follow requirement of company and production.
• Quantity follows requirement of company and production.
• Follow company regulation and production.
