True Digital Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Instructor Manager to lead, manage, and support our growing network of instructors, trainers, and speakers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in training program management, event organization, or event management, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences. Technical knowledge in data analytics, data science, or coding languages is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructor Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse pool of instructors, trainers, and guest speakers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with instructors to ensure engagement and long-term collaboration & instructor community
- Schedule and allocate instructors for various courses, workshops, and speaking events
2. Program & Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the program team to design and implement training courses, bootcamps, and workshops
- Oversee the operational execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination between instructors and event teams
- Ensure timely delivery of course materials and updates as needed
3. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor instructor performance through feedback and performance evaluations (NPS score)
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to maintain high instructional standards
- Ensure course content meets industry trends and standards
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Community Builder:
- Work closely with marketing, product, delivery, and business development teams to align program goals with business objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for instructors, resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Build and maintain the community of instructors, instructor associates, and speakers including advisory team to ensure the long-term engagement with True Digital Academy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering & Science, Education, or a related field. (MBA is strongly preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing instructors, trainers, or speakers in a training academy, event organizer, or event management company
- Experience in technical training (data analytics, data science, or coding) is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
