Instrument Supervisor to join our team for a major EPCM refinery project in

RESPONSIBILITIES
What makes you remarkable
Reporting to the
Construction Manager / Discipline Superintendent, your immediate focus will be overseeing instrumentation and control construction activities on a major EPCM refinery project, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and schedule achievement across all assigned work areas.

In Addition, You Will:
- Ensure that all Instrumentation & Control (I&C) construction contractors supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements
- Ensure Instrumentation & Control construction contractors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and site instructions
- Supervise and coordinate instrumentation construction activities including instrument installation, impulse tubing, cable tray installation, instrument cabling, junction boxes, marshalling cabinets, control systems interfaces, and field instrumentation works
- Monitor field construction progress and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with approved schedules, quality requirements, and project objectives
- Responsible for HSES and quality performance within assigned areas and ensure contractors complete their work safely and efficiently
- Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, work instructions, material deliveries, tools, and equipment applicable to the discipline and assigned work areas
- Work closely with contractor supervision, planning engineers, and construction engineers to develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in line with the overall project schedule
- Inform the Discipline Superintendent of areas where construction plans require adjustment based on site conditions, material availability, or schedule constraints
- Monitor contractor workforce performance, productivity, discipline, and timekeeping within assigned work areas and escalate concerns as required
- Conduct site inspections, construction surveillance, walk-downs, and verification of completed works
- Support inspection, testing, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning preparation activities in accordance with project requirements
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving construction issues, technical queries, and site constraints related to instrumentation works
- Provide proactive support to the project team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the construction site

Expected
This opportunity is available to Thai Nationals only. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
Suitably qualified with a
Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, you will ideally have experience in an
Instrument Supervisor role on major EPCM, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Power projects, supported by a minimum of
10 years of relevant construction experience.
In Addition, You Will:
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working on live plant, greenfield, brownfield, turnaround, shutdown, or revamp projects within industrial facilities
- Have extensive experience managing instrumentation and control construction activities within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, or similar process industry environments
- Possess strong knowledge of instrumentation drawings, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, instrument indexes, and project specifications
- Have experience supervising instrument installation, cable termination, tubing installation, instrument calibration, loop checking, and pre-commissioning activities
- Demonstrate good HSES awareness and commitment, including experience preparing or reviewing Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments
- Have proven experience supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with project safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Possess strong technical, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive construction progress in a fast-paced project environment
- Have strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be committed to delivering safe, high-quality construction outcomes while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
