Insurance Business Development Manager (Product & Partnership)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited as a Team Lead - Business Development (Product & Partnership). In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive the development and expansion of the company's product portfolio and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time position based in Huai Khwang, Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of business development professionals to achieve strategic goals and targets
• Identify and evaluate new product and partnership opportunities to enhance the company's offerings
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and innovation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of new products and partnerships
• Monitor and report on the performance of the business development initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a business development or product management role, preferably within the insurance industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and new product development
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
