Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain documents related to non-life insurance
Coordinate with insurance companies regarding policy issuance and renewals
Contact and provide basic information to customers
Record and update customer and policy information in the system
Prepare basic daily or weekly work reports
Welcome and assist customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent Thai communication and writing skills
Education: High school (M.6), Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Chor / Por Wor Sor), or Bachelor's degree
(New graduates are welcome)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and able to communicate well
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks
Able to work well in a team
Preferred Qualifications
Basic communication skills in English or French
