Job Description
The Marketing Communications & PR professional will be responsible for end-to-end marketing communications and public relations initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, executive visibility, and market presence in a B2B professional services environment.
Roles and responsibilities
- Execute marketing communications and PR activities across KPMG in Thailand, and coordinate support for KPMG in Myanmar and Laos
- Develop and review communications materials in Thai and English, including press releases, executive speeches, talking points, newsletters, social media content, and multimedia scripts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage media relations, including maintaining media contacts, handling inquiries, and coordinating interviews and press engagements
- Oversee production of videos, podcasts, and other multimedia content, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery
- Monitor media coverage and communication performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness
- Localize global and regional campaigns in compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Coordinate development of marketing collateral and campaign materials, working with designers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Support crisis communication efforts
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications and public relations, preferably in B2B, consulting, or professional services
- Proven experience drafting executive-level communications and corporate PR materials in Thai and English
- Experience managing media relations and handling media inquiries
- Experience coordinating production of marketing collateral and multimedia content
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and brand compliance standards
- Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
