Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant in Bangkok City, Thailand. The role involves providing support to Trademark and / or Patent Departments by completing a variety of administrative tasks and back office functions, organizing files, maintaining internal database, monitoring deadlines, preparing and sending reminders for trademark and patent matters as required, preparing and managing legal documents, and assisting with intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and related filings.

Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to understand and work with different IP related software
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
