Job Description

Office Location: G Tower, 22nd Floor, North Tower, Rama 9

Occasionally required to go to the warehouse for testing purposes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Execute manual/automated testing (e.g., functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing), document test results, and analyze data.
  • Track issues using defect management tools, facilitate resolution with development teams, and verify closures.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and supplier teams to resolve testing issues and optimize processes.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure the quality of milestone deliveries.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends (e.g., autonomous driving, vehicle connectivity, new energy systems) and explore innovative testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Around 3 years of experience in the automotive industry; prior experience with automotive electronic systems (e.g., ADAS, ECU, BMS, infotainment systems) is preferred.
  • Experience in vehicle testing, component testing, or embedded system testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., CANoe, INCA, dSPACE, Vector toolchain).
  • Proficient in reading/writing technical documents in English; fluent verbal communication in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility for quality control.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and willingness to undertake short-term business trips or on-site testing tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to handle structured administrative tasks within the team.
