Job Description
An Interactive Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, storytelling, designing, animating and editing, including originating and adapting digital assets in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with designing, animating and editing for digital platform and marketing mediums and be able to deliver on multiple projects.
The role will require the ability to operate on solo projects. They should have the ability to face challenges, since the job frequently working under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Meet design and editing brief requirements and complete deliverables on-time and on-quality
- Be able to assess quality assurance for deliverables against media specifications, brand and design guidelines
- Be innovative while adhering to client brand guidelines
- Consult with producers regarding post-production process for required projects.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and establish credibility, both internally and externally
- Able to set priorities while handling multiple projects
- Maintain Quality control to ensure that all work meets the highest possible standards
- Vigilantly seek to optimize the group resources (both equipment and personnel)
- A commitment to high-quality work and to continuing to improve your own skills and knowledge
Required Skills
- 1-2 year working experience in digital design and editing field of works
- Good written and oral skills English is a plus
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Suites, including Premiere Pro and simple CapCut
- Experience designing and editing for Digital and social including static, animatic and short & long formed video type of content
- Understanding of User Experience, Responsive design and Story Telling
- Must be able to work independently, or as a team
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Design and layout story board for web banners (standard and rich media)
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be detail oriented, organized, able to estimate required post-production time, work to tight deadlines, and have excellent communication skills
- Effective independent problem solving
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
