We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage retail interior construction projects from planning to on-site execution and final handover. This role requires strong coordination with clients, contractors, and store teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with good quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail interior projects from brief to installation and handover
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and store operations teams
- Review drawings, layouts, and BOQs to ensure project requirements are met
- Control project timelines, budgets, and report project status and risks
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship
- Solve on-site issues during installation and dismantling
- Control asset inout movements and prepare monthly project reports
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience in retail fit-out / interior construction or strong basic knowledge of retail projects
- Able to read construction drawings and BOQs
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple projects
- Good English communication for work coordination
