The Interior Design Manager / Site Fit-Out Manager is responsible for overseeing all interior fit-out works from construction through to project completion and handover. Working closely with the Site Project Manager, this role ensures that design intent, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met while delivering a high-quality guest and operational environment.
As an Interior Design Manager, We Rely on You To
- Lead and manage all interior fit-out works throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with end users, consultants, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and corporate stakeholders on fit-out-related matters
- Review fit-out submissions, shop drawings, material proposals, and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Resolve coordination issues between fit-out, MEP, structural, and architectural works
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet approved specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and contractor performance in partnership with the Construction/Project Manager
- Manage project close-out activities, including snagging, rectification, handover, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation
We Are Looking for Someone With
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
- 8–12 years of experience managing large-scale interior fit-out or renovation projects, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end commercial developments in Thailand
- Proven experience delivering hotel projects in live or partially operational environments
- Good understanding of interior finishing standards, construction sequencing, cross-functional coordination, and site management
- Familiarity with local building regulations, hotel licensing requirements, and Thai authority submission processes
- Knowledge of local construction practices, contractor management, and labor dynamics
- Good stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
