Create and compile all relevant documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules finishing, furniture, fixture & fitting, lighting, ironmongery etc. for commercial projects with minimum supervision.
Create 3D models used for presentation purposes using Autodesk Revit & Enscape.
Creation of parametric Revit Families as required by BIM Manager.
Maintain company standards for Revit modeling & drafting.
Be partly responsible for the general upkeep of the BIM library.
Be responsible for continual self-learning and up skilling of BIM Software.
