Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Glass Sales Manager based at our office in Bang Yai, Nonthaburi (opposite Central Westgate).

Our Interior Glass channel (TYK-IN) serves interior designers, main contractors, and specialist installers working on premium projects. The products are fully customized — partitions, backsplashes, tabletops, shower screens, decorative panels — and the sales cycle runs in project rhythms, not transactional ones.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will lead a team of 4–6 project salespeople, coach them through real deals, stay close to your own key accounts, and own the channel's sales target.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the Interior Glass channel sales target and deliver against it
  • Lead and develop 4–6 project salespeople — set targets, review pipelines, coach on real deals
  • Build and refine the sales strategy — segments to focus on, products to push, competitors to win against
  • Stay close to key accounts: interior designers, main contractors, and turnkey installers
  • Partner with Technical Drawing, Production, and Planning to make sure what we sell is what we can deliver
  • Manage pricing discipline — protect margin on custom work
  • Bring market intelligence back to senior management

Reports to: General Manager

Qualifications
  • Background in project sales in construction materials or building products — stone, ceramic, tiles, aluminum, doors and windows, solar, sanitaryware, or similar
  • Genuine understanding of how construction projects work — from designer specification through main contractor purchase order
  • Hands-on selling style — comfortable on construction sites and in specification meetings
  • Strong customer relationships in at least one of: interior designers, main contractors, or specialist installers
  • Ability to sell custom, complex products — not commoditized SKUs from a catalog
  • Real management instinct — you coach underperformers and address gaps rather than absorbing the team's work yourself
  • Service mind toward both customers and your team
  • Strong commercial judgment — you protect margin without losing the deal
  • Professional fluency in Thai

Preferred:

  • Direct experience selling decorative or architectural glass
  • Existing network among Bangkok-based interior design firms or main contractors
  • Experience in custom or made-to-order product environments
