Role:

Creative Video & Field Producer is a crucial role that will enable us to bridge the gap between creative vision and on-site execution, ensuring every piece of content produced aligns with Primal's creative direction and brand standards. Specifically, this entails:

• Acting as the on-site creative representative to ensure all footage aligns with approved concepts, storyboards, and brand voice.
• Supporting the development of storyboards, shot lists, and visual references during pre-production.
• Collaborating closely with video creators during shoots to ensure the intended creative direction is executed effectively.
• Providing real-time feedback on composition, framing, and storytelling to refine content quality.
• Identifying and integrating relevant social media trends into video production approaches.
• Maintaining strong communication between on-site production and internal creative teams to ensure alignment.

This role demands a mastery level of visual storytelling, creative direction, composition, lighting awareness, trend analysis, and video editing fundamentals. To be successful, you must have strong creative judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities:

External

• Ensure all filmed content aligns with the intended creative direction and brand standards.
• Support on-site production to capture high-quality, story-driven video content.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Adapt quickly to on-site challenges while maintaining production quality.

Internal

• Collaborate with designers and video creators to translate concepts into executable plans.
• Assist in pre-production planning including storyboarding and visual research.
• Provide feedback and contribute to refining video outputs during and after production.
• Ensure consistency between planned concepts and final delivered content.
• Stay updated on content trends and share insights with the team.

Results:

• Consistent delivery of video content that aligns with creative vision and brand guidelines.
• Smooth execution of on-site shoots with minimal misalignment between concept and output.
• Improved quality and storytelling of video content through real-time creative input.
• Strong collaboration between creative, design, and production teams.

Requirements:

• Entry-level experience in creative production, media, or a related field.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate creative direction into clear, actionable instructions.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-discipline.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
