DORS at Design Orchard is a premier multi-label designer store, proudly managed by the Singapore Fashion Council and situated in the heart of Orchard Road. Home to over 80 of Singapore's most distinguished local designers and brands, DORS serves as a beacon of homegrown talent and creativity. DORS, located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally-based designer brands in Singapore.

TCS, offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2 and rooftop of Design Orchard.

Role Overview

We are looking for an intern to support merchandising analytics and e-commerce performance at DORS. This role will focus on driving data-informed decisions across product curation, online merchandising, and campaign execution, while piloting AI-enabled workflows in preparation for BrandIQ integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandising Analytics

  • Track weekly/monthly sales performance by brand, category, and SKU
  • Analyse sell-through, inventory health, and product performance
  • Identify replenishment opportunities and strategies for slow-moving stock
  • Support assortment planning with insights on category trends and pricing

2. E-commerce Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor top-performing products, traffic vs sales, and conversion trends
  • Support site merchandising (bestsellers, new arrivals, collections)
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, categorization)
  • Align online merchandising with target market audience

3. Campaign Performance Tracking

  • Track performance across website, EDMs, and marketplaces
  • Prepare post-campaign summaries with key insights and recommendations

Core Internship Project

DORS Merchandising Intelligence Dashboard

Assist in the development of a centralized dashboard that supports weekly and monthly decision-making:

  • Sales performance tracking (weekly/monthly)
  • Product performance (top & bottom SKUs)
  • Category insights and trends
  • Inventory health and replenishment needs
  • E-commerce metrics and performance indicators, and
  • recommendations on product bundling, campaigns, and pricing strategies.

  • Curious and comfortable exploring AI tools
