About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Intern, Vertical Operations to support the day-to-day management of hotel rates, promotions, and content updates across our platform. This role will work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure hotel information remains accurate, competitive, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Rate & Promotion Operations (Core Focus)
- Support the setup, update, and maintenance of hotel rates and promotional campaigns in internal systems.
- Ensure rate and promotion information is accurately reflected on the platform.
- Conduct regular checks to identify missing, incorrect, or expired promotions and rates.
- Assist in troubleshooting rate and promotion-related issues raised by internal teams or hotel partners.
- Monitor data quality and ensure timely updates to support commercial objectives.
Content & Product Maintenance
- Assist in updating hotel content, room information, and product details when required.
- Perform audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of hotel information across systems.
- Support bulk updates and operational projects related to content and product quality.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Business Development, Partner Operations, and Supply teams to execute operational requests.
- Support onboarding and setup activities for new hotel partners.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
