Overall Responsibilities:
The role will focus primarily (70%) on CRM responsibilities, coordinating between CRM and store teams, driving CRM KPIs, and supporting CRM-related initiatives. The remaining responsibilities will involve with Marketing, Suppliers, Warehouse coordination and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between CRM and store teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of CRM initiatives.
- Support the achievement of CRM KPIs by monitoring progress and assisting store teams in implementation.
- Coordinate CRM events with vendors, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage CRM gifting processes, including coordination with stores and vendors.
- Collaborate with PP Luxe on product shooting projects by coordinating with store teams.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to CRM and retail performance and other assigned areas.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (stores, vendors, internal teams).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
