Strong Excel & Data Skills
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis) and able to organize and interpret datasets independently
Analytical Mindset with Business Acumen
- Able to go beyond numberstranslate data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions
Ownership & Structured Approach
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks or small projects independently with a structured, organized mindset
Qualification:
- Studying in HR, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning); knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Python is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR analytics
- Ability to work with data and translate it into clear, business-relevant insights
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive tasks independently
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
