Yourroles
- Audit Planning & Execution:Develop and execute the annual audit plan,assessingenterprise-widerisksandallocatingresources effectively.
- Risk & Control Assessment:Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management processes across various business functions.
- Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Communication:Prepare high-quality audit reports with actionable recommendations and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strategic Alignment:Ensure audit activities support the organization's strategicobjectivesand promote ethical conduct.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Liaise with department heads and management to understand operations and ensure audit effectiveness.
- Perform other tasks as mayreasonably berequested.
Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance,Business Administration,Economicsora related field.
- Good command of spoken and written in both Thai and English.
- 35 years of progressive experience in internal auditing is essential, with candidates who have specialized experience in the financialserviceindustry, credit business, or Fintech/Digital Lending strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge ofinternal audit standardsincludinglegal and regulatory requirements.Experience indigitalfinancial servicesorDigital Lendingis a plus!
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
