Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications:
- Develop and manage the internal communications calendar.
- Draft engaging content for the company intranet, newsletters, town halls, and Slack/Teams channels.
- Translate complex business goals into people-first stories that resonate with all levels of the organization.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute impactful employee events, from team-building workshops to holiday celebrations.
- Launch initiatives that promote employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion (DEI).
Feedback & Analytics:
- Manage employee engagement surveys (e.g., eNPS) and turn data into actionable improvement plans.
- Monitor the pulse of the office to proactively address morale or communication gaps.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our internal culture is reflected in our external employer brand.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, HR, PR, or a related field.
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional English writing and editing skills. You should be able to pivot from professional and corporate to fun and energetic effortlessly.
- Creativity: A knack for creating visually appealing content (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing is a huge plus!).
- People Person: Strong interpersonal skills. Experienced in in-person activity with C-Level
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS tools, internal social platforms, and survey software.
