Recruitment Consultant (Bangkok office)
Desirable budget: THB 25,000-45,000 per month
Incentive: eligible to receive a sales incentive based on the tier of achievement rate, quarterly basis.
Working conditions: Permanent contract, 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00. Work on-site at the office and able to commute to the up-country area for client visitation or business trip (if any)
Job Description
Sales Management
- To achieve the individual sales target as well as activity target every month
- To make more effective plan for sales & marketing activities
Clients
- To perform sales & marketing activities;
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to business from clients.
- Building and sustaining relationship with clients.
- Developing a good understanding of clients, industry, work culture and environment
- To listen to the problems and recruitment requirement
Candidates
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in necessary media
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing registration meeting of the candidates
- Establishing an on-going personal relationship with the candidates registered
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefit of the job
- Preparing CV's and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting to the clients
- To provide clients with strategic proposal, higher value-added information and presentation
Interview : Place deals (placement)
- Arranging interviews between candidates and clients as requested by clients
- Follow-up / debrief before and after the interview, inform the result
- Negotiating the conditions between clients and candidates
- Reporting the progress to the candidates and clients for a mutual understanding
- Managing invoicing and collection.
Operation Within The Company
- Sharing the necessary information with internally / externally
- Time management: being punctual for report / activities
- Being cooperative with colleagues to keep job environment and operation better
- To keep the office well-maintained: clean and tidy, cost effective
- To adhere to the company policy
Qualifications
Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
- Native-level fluency in Thai (reading, writing, and professional business communication/Keigo) is a must.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required for internal communication and documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience in the Japan Market Recruitment, Consulting, or Service industry is highly advantageous.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
