Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Recruiter located in Bangkok. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. The role will involve identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
• Interviewing and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field
