ROLE DESCRIPTION
To sell or renew the company's products via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
What You'll Be Doing(Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop strategies for consumable and equipment business and achieve high growth of incremental customers in Thailand by engaging telephonically.
- Identify and discover new sales opportunities.
- Contact customer to understand their needs/requirements and propose solutions accordingly.
- Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations.
- Define and suggest consumable / equipment selection new as well as replacement to customers on offers.
- Communicating with customers to gain feedback on quotations.
- Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Use Salesforce for effective funnel generation management.
- Maintain accurate and quality records of assign accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in Salesforce system.
- Identify business growth opportunities and use PSP to address growth gaps and action plan.
- Implementing daily activities management / visual management rhythms for booking-funnel generation – connected dial.
- Achieving relevant targets.
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) :
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar field, preferably in water quality, analytical instruments, or related industries.
- Proficient in Thai with good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese Mandarin (HSK 4-5), able to clearly present analytical results and negotiation
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers (on-field or office-based job)
- Preferred degree in engineer (Chemical, and allied streams) or degree in chemistry science.
