Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented International Accounts & Compliance Officer to join our finance team in Phuket. This role will oversee cross-border and multi-entity financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accounting processes and systems improvements.

Role Description:

• Maintain accurate records and consolidated reports across multiple entities and business units
• Manage foreign currency accounting & reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards & tax frameworks
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls
• Identify process improvements and contribute to system integrations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or related)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit or compliance (international/multi-entity exposure a plus)
• Strong knowledge of FX, cross-border transactions, and consolidated reporting
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Excel
• Fluent in Thai & English, with excellent communication skills
