Job Description
- Drive international expansion with sharp gotomarket strategies across Europe, USA, and UAE.
- Build and grow distributor, importer, and retail partnerships to accelerate global revenue.
- Source highpotential agro and food products while ensuring worldclass quality and compliance.
- Lead export sales, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing, margins, and commercial terms.
- Partner directly with top leadership to shape and scale the company's international commercial engine.
The Successful Applicant
A successful International Business Development Manager should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 7-12+ years experience in international sales, export development, or global trade.
- Strong exposure to Europe, USA, or Middle East markets with proven growth success.
- Solid track record in sourcing products and driving export revenue acceleration.
- Experience in agro, food, commodities, or FMCG export with strong compliance knowledge.
