Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze global market trends and design comprehensive strategic business plans to expand the company's footprint.
  • Identify opportunities and potential threats related to company products, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous business development and competitive advantage.
  • Continuously monitor customer, competitor, and market activity to detect shifts and trends, providing valuable input for the development of both short- and long-term plans to proactively address these changes.
  • Work closely with other departments, ensuring alignment across teams to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers in the designated markets, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities for the company's products in international markets, focusing on expanding the customer base.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales progress, budget adherence, and target achievement to senior management.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their market demands, leveraging insights to make accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that could hinder the achievement of sales objectives and business goals.
  • Travel internationally as required to support business operations, build relationships, and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in International Sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proficient in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic business planning.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to align processes.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Track record in acquiring new customers and markets.
  • Skilled in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
  • Capability in demand forecasting and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
