Prospecting and lead generation: Identify potential customers and generate new leads, and be able to close the deal
Sales target achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Sales presentations and demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and secure contracts with customers.
Market research and analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities
Sales reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for performance review.
Qualifications:
Sales experience: Previous experience in an international business sales role, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an international business environment
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and build lasting relationships (Prefer: Good command of English)
Customer-oriented mindset: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Sales Executives should be driven, proactive, and have a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Organizational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
