Job Description

We're hiring: International Key Account Manager

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow international key accounts, with focus on multi-category product penetration in target markets
  • Drive sales and market expansion across all relevant channels: Department Stores, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Online, and Specialty Stores
  • Analyze market potential, sales data, and consumer behavior in each territory to define tailored strategies per channel and product category
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with overseas distributors, buyers, and trade partners
  • Formulate annual business plans, sales targets, marketing strategies, and channel development plansincluding quarterly/monthly action plans
  • Monitor and ensure monthly Net Sales target achievement and track distributor sell-out performance across all categories
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including emerging markets or alternative sales channels
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Brand Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and product readiness
  • Provide structured monthly/weekly market updates to Sales Director, including risks, opportunities, and competitor activity
  • Prepare for succession by actively shadowing and transitioning responsibilities from existing senior team member

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Thai or Foreigner with Thai market understanding and regional experience
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in international sales, account management, or distributor developmentpreferably in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion
  • Age 30+ preferred
  • Proven track record in managing distributor networks and working across multi-category portfolios
  • Strong understanding of sales channels (MT, TT, Department Stores, E-commerce) and how to drive revenue through each
  • Fluent in Thai and English; third language (e.g., Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic) is a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset, data analysis skills, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across cultures
  • Able to travel internationally as needed
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to operate independently with leadership potential
