Job Summary
This role plays a key part in managing our social and digital presence, building relationships with international influencers, and executing brand activations and collaborations that resonate with global audiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of international consumer behavior, social media trends, and KOL management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Brand Communication and Presence in Global Markets
Social Media & Digital Channel Management
- Oversee brand communication on international social media platforms and brand website
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Collaborate with graphic teams to produce high-quality, localized visual and written content
- Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize engagement and reach
- Explore and test new digital trends, content formats, or platforms to strengthen connection with global audiences
International KOL/Influencer Management
- Identify, approach, and manage international influencers and content creators who align with the brand's positioning and campaign goals
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing, develop communication strategy, manage content plan, content amplification and performance tracking
- Coordinate closely with local distributor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of influencer activities with business goals
2. Brand Visibility & Activation
- Lead the ideation and execution of on-ground activations and pop-up events that appeal to international tourists and enhance brand experience.
- Perform as a key lead in building brand collaborations, co-marketing initiatives, or strategic partnerships to increase international visibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams, external partners, and creative collaborators to deliver impactful brand moments both online and offline.
- Monitor and report performance of activations and collaborations, identifying insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally with exposure to international markets
- Fluent in English with excellence in copy writing is A MUST, Chinese is a plus
- Passionate in beauty, skincare and cosmetics
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and KOL/influencer activations with measurable success.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms Instagram and TikTok, content trends, and consumer behavior in diverse markets.
