INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Procurement Manager to lead procurement and logistics supply chain operations across the Southeast Asia region. This role focuses on supplier development, cost optimization, quality control, and coordination of key initiativessupporting the efficient and compliant execution of the company's global supply chain strategy.

1 Supplier Development & Management

• Conduct market research and build a robust local supplier resource pool (including warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation providers).
• Lead supplier qualification, negotiation, contract execution, and long-term relationship management in line with company policies.
• Perform regular supplier evaluations (quality, cost, delivery) and drive continuous improvement.

2 Procurement Execution & Cost Optimization

• Develop procurement plans and oversee order execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement cost-saving strategies such as centralized sourcing, competitive bidding, and local procurement substitutions.
• Manage supplier disruptions and provide effective contingency solutions.

3 Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

• Coordinate with domestic logistics, delivery, and other operational teams to align procurement progress and logistics status.
• Support overseas logistics teams and provide comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions across the region.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in international procurement or cross-border logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian supply chain environment.

Skills

• Strong business negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in English or a major Southeast Asian language.
• Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently or undertake short-term assignments when required.

• Procurement experience in manufacturing industries such as electronics, apparel, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Knowledge of regional trade agreements (e.g., RCEP).
