As International Product & Business Development Senior Manager, you'll help define the future of RealTruck's global product portfolio. You'll analyze market trends, meet with customers across regions, and help turn insights into real products that go to market worldwide.

What you'll be doing

You'll work sidebyside with colleagues in Product Development, Category Management, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and International Teams to ensure we build the right products for the right markets.

Market & Business Strategy

  • Analyze international automotive accessories markets, trends, and competitors.
  • Identify growth regions, new channel opportunities, and strategic partners.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to gather insights and build relationships.
  • Translate customer needs and feedback into clear actions for internal teams.
  • Build and report market insights to leadership and crossfunctional teams.

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Own Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for international product categories.
  • Drive idea generation, feature improvements, and new product opportunities based on market needs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, and Category Management to develop solutions that meet local regulations and customer expectations.
  • Ensure smooth handover from concept business case development launch.
  • Continuously improve product management processes across regions.

Business Case & CrossFunctional Alignment

  • Build strong, datadriven business cases for new products.
  • Lead crossfunctional evaluation and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Track product launches coming from Product Development, International Sourcing, and related functions.
  • Support Sales with longrange planning and growth forecasting.
  • Run internal demos, training sessions, and product education for teams across regions.

Who we're looking for

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development, business development, technical sales, or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and physical product development.
  • Experience in manufacturing or working with OEM or aftermarket automotive customers is a big plus.
  • Solid grounding in project management and milestonebased deliverables.

Skills & mindset

  • Analytical, structured, and experienced with datadriven decision making.
  • Strong communicator who can tell a clear story to leadership or customers.
  • Comfortable navigating crossfunctional environments and collaborating across regions.
  • Curious about products, technology, and how things work.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and business case tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong financial acumen (ROI, NPV, forecasting).
  • Willing to travel frequently.
