Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end alignment and operating rhythm to ensure the obstacles in all areas are being communicated, managed and clearly visible
Drive end-to-end Program Management to ensure all the risks, dependencies, issues and concerns in all aspects (Business, Marketing, Product, Technology, People, Legal, and Compliance) are effectively managed, prepared and implemented with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Drive the reporting and metrics on health, status, and quality of the projects and display on project dashboard
Understand Business Goals and the measures of success, to drive the end-to-end process. Identifying gaps and improvement areas along the way
Deliver strategic, transformational and tactical projects to close the gap between target KPIs and working teams Be responsible for understanding and complying agreed Program Delivery Framework, drive end-to-end teams to practice with discipline and find improvement
Drive Sense of Urgency, Accountability, Coaching and Motivation across all functional groups
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or Financial Services related fields
At least 3 years proven experience in a Commercial, Project/Program Management or Product Management function. Must have working knowledge of P&L reporting.
Working knowledge of Financial Services Industry, Electronic Payments or Ecommerce would be advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills for advising colleagues and senior management on courses of action.
Deep knowledge in Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methods; PRINCE2 or PMP certifications are considered a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A second SEA language would be considered favorable but not mandatory for this position
The ideal candidate would have a growth mindset, driven to deliver results and orientated to make data-driven decisions
Able to formulate recommendations based on business intelligence and on-the-ground insights
Comfortable with ambiguity and aggressive business goals
Thrives under pressure, able to handle complexity; working with remote teams in a dynamic environment
Comfortable with travelling, as this role would frequently visit country offices throughout the year
Be able to foster positive relationships across different business units, cultures, with a good balance of interpersonal skills and getting the job done
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
