Purpose of the Role:
Lead international sales strategy and execution for condominium and housing projects, expanding the companys customer base and sales revenue from overseas markets through direct channels and agent networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Sales Strategy Develop and implement sales strategies for international property markets.
- Agent & Partner Management Identify, appoint, and manage overseas property agents and partners.
- Client Management Negotiate, close deals, and manage relationships with international buyers (for both residential and investment purposes).
- Market Analysis Analyze key markets (e.g., China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East, Europe) and understand relevant legal/ownership regulations.
- Sales & Marketing Activities Oversee overseas exhibitions, roadshows, and collaborate with marketing for international campaigns.
- Team Leadership Set sales KPIs, manage, and develop the international sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum5 6 years experiencein international real estate sales.
- At least2 3 years at Manager levelor above.
- Strong network of international property agents/buyers is a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of English (Chinese/Japanese/other languages will be an asset).
- Solid knowledge of Thai property laws for foreign buyers (e.g., condominium quota, transfer, contracts).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
