Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The International Sales Coordinator (SC) is the commercial operations hub, responsible for all order processing, customer documentation, AR monitoring, and sales reporting. The SC supports all Country Managers across every region and is the primary administrative interface between customers, the LOG team, and finance. RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Brief Management [Core Responsibility]

·       Receive and verify Purchase Orders from customers (email, portal, or ERP) across all regions

·       Create the Order Brief within 4 hours of PO receipt; submit to LOG Supervisor (not to the factory)

·       Order Brief must include: SKU codes, quantities, unit price, ETD/ETA, destination port, Incoterms, special labelling/packaging instructions, and customer contact details

·       Confirm receipt acknowledgement from LOG Supervisor within 2 hours; escalate to ISM if no response

ERP – Sales Order & Fulfilment Management

·       Enter approved Sales Order in ERP; assign SO number and set expected delivery date

·       Monitor SO status in ERP; liaise with LOG Officer for Item Fulfilment updates

·       Issue Commercial Invoice in ERP once LOG Officer confirms loading

·       Coordinate export document dispatch to customer and/or customer's forwarder with LOG Officer

Payment Monitoring & AR Support

·       Track payment due dates, Prepare monthly AR Aging Report; submit to ISM by Day 5 of each month

·       Coordinate credit limit queries with ISM/GM as required

Sales Reporting & S&OP Support

·       Compile 3-month rolling demand forecast by SKU per customer; submit to ISM by Day 3 for S&OP

·       Prepare quarterly sales data reports (volume, value, SKU mix, on-time delivery rate) for Country Managers QBR preparation

Customer Service

·       Respond to customer queries on order status, ETD/ETA, and documentation within 24 hours

·       Manage shipment discrepancy or short-delivery claims: co-ordinate investigation with LOG Supervisor; report resolution to customer and relevant Country Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field

·       1-2 years experience in export coordination, order management, or international trade operations

·       High attention to detail; strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple orders simultaneously

·       Good written English; Thai language essential

·       Understanding of export documentation (B/L, CO, packing list, invoice) is an advantage
