Build and manage the sales pipeline to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Follow up closely on inquiries, quotations, product proposals, sample requests, and order status to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
Identify, acquire, and develop potential distributors and business partners within assigned territories.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and business agreements with customers and partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales results, and manage sales targets to achieve business objectives.

Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including order processing, production coordination, shipment, payment collection, and product delivery.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, distribution channels, and business opportunities to support market expansion strategies.
Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and product customization to meet the requirements of different international markets.
Prepare and present Sales Forecasts, Sales Reports, Market Reports, and Business Updates for management review.
Support participation in international trade shows, customer meetings, business negotiations, and overseas commercial activities.
Manage and develop distributor performance through sales monitoring, product launch planning, promotional activities, and joint business development initiatives.
Coordinate export documentation, product information, certifications, and country-specific regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and smooth business operations.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
Preferred age range: 30–35 years old.
Proven experience in FMCG businesses, preferably with branded consumer products.
Experience working with overseas distributors, importers, and international business partners.
Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade, and market expansion strategies.
Strong background in FMCG products with established brand management experience.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proven ability to develop international markets and build long-term business relationships.
Ability to manage distributors, importers, and strategic business partners across multiple countries.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Lifestyle Product industries.
Experience managing international markets outside Asia is highly preferred.
