Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced operations professional with a strong background in IT and AI to join our team. As the International Training Operations lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating training programs for internal staff, partners, and clients, ensuring efficient delivery and operational excellence. Beyond project management, you must possess robust data mining and reporting skills to drive decision-making, continuously optimize our training ecosystem, and maintain our global training portal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Program Coordination & Management
- Internal Training: Plan, schedule, and streamline internal training sessions, with a specific focus on IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) topics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner Training: Organize and execute training programs for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and technical service capabilities.
- Client Training: Coordinate and deliver training initiatives for end-clients to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Training Reporting: Manage the full lifecycle of training data, including data mining, cleansing, and analysis. Generate comprehensive multidimensional reports on training effectiveness (e.g., participation rates, completion rates, feedback scores).
- Insights & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in training operations based on data insights and propose strategies to improve operational efficiency.
3. Platform Maintenance & Content Updates
- Website Management: Oversee the daily updates and maintenance of the international training portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of course information, learning resources, and user interface.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management. Experience in managing large-scale training programs or EdTech projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in internal training within the IT or Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors, with familiarity with relevant technical terminology and industry trends.
2. Skills
- Data Mining: Proficient in data mining and data visualization. Strong command of SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) for creating data reports.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication and professional documentation.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, and clients) simultaneously.
