About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Transportation Specialist to oversee truck capacity planning, dispatch operations, supplier management, and cost control for our international logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound transportation while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly truck capacity plans based on factory shipment demands.
  • Oversee truck dispatch planning, allocating transportation plans to suppliers and ensuring execution aligns with shipment schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate truck suppliers, including daily coordination with warehouses and transport partners.
  • Guide and train suppliers on the standardized use of the company's TMS system, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor daily truck operations, proactively identify issues, and resolve capacity shortages and order anomalies.
  • Control transportation costs and manage abnormal expenses related to import/export trailers, local distribution, and related logistics activities.
  • Support supplier reconciliation, payment processing, and document confirmation.
  • Assist with import & export-related activities, including transportation and customs declaration bidding.
  • Support preparation and handling of Import & export documentation, such as certificates of origin and related documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or transportation management.
  • Strong knowledge of carriers, terminals, and yards, with hands-on experience in inbound and outbound truck dispatch operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and resolve transportation exceptions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across transportation agents, warehouses, and shipping teams.
  • Strong Thai and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics-related systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
