Job Title: Internet Product & Content Operation
Working Place : Bangkok, Yannawa
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of vivo's overseas internet products in Thailand, including formulating and executing operational strategies to improve user engagement metrics such as active rates and content consumption.
- Identify and manage localized content operations, including push notifications for trending news, banner resource planning, local event coordination, and backend configuration management, with regular data analysis and reporting.
- Conducted user analysis and FAQ reviews, as well as developed user tagging systems to implement targeted and refined operational experiments.
- Assist in the full cycle of operational strategy planning, design, and execution to help the project team achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; proficient in Thai (reading/writing) and English (all skills). Bilingual ability in Thai-English or Thai-Chinese is preferred.
- Prior work or living experience in Thailand is a plus, with familiarity in local policies, culture, and customs.
- 2+ years of platform/user operations experience; knowledge of mainstream Thai media and apps, with the ability to quickly identify local trends.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive learner, team player, strong execution, sense of responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
Target Candidates:
