Job Description

1)Coordinating on bill of materials (BOM) data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2)Coordinating with the relevant departments to prepare the data.
3)Support and Coordinating on sample part ordering process
4)Coordinating internal department purchase documents (PR/PO).
5)Coordinating with maintenance and document control.

Qualifications

1) Currently a student in Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administrative, IT, Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
2) Good understanding concept of bill of materials.
3) Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint.
4) Minimum 6 months of internship period is preferred (1 Year is strongly preferred).
5) Strong coordination and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

6) Start Date preferred: 6 Oct 2025

Working conditions
. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
. Monthly allowance and housing allowance
