Internship 2026, Administration Executive (DCEA/STH)

Job Description

• Support Indirect Purchasing task (Document)
• Responsible forBilling management (Prepare supporting documents for Billing)
• Responsible forDocumentation management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in term of Accounting, Warehouse and Import-Export topics,Events topic in order to support their tasks
• Responsible for office administrative tasks
• Any assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Currently a student in any fields (Be able to intern at least 3months)
• Able to work at Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong
• Good in English and Thai communication skills
• Initiative, multi-tasking, pro-active, able to work independently, good corroboration, and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge inMicrosoft Offices i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Able to carry the huge documents

Additional Information

Working conditions

• Able to work at Bosch Rexroth Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong, work at office on Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm.
