Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, customer service, and hospitality standards. You will work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the dining area
- Greet guests and provide menu recommendations
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support the team during events, banquets, or busy service periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
- Team player with a willingness to learn
