The student, as part of DMS OES OC Operation Autonomous project, develop Agentic AI system to support operation trouble shooting, develop Agent and Skills to integrate with MCP to resolve incident via AI system.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Analyse the past Remedy incidents and extract requirements for further improvement
- Develop other automation python scripts
- Assist to design and develop and test Skills and APIs
- Assist to develop tools to support Operation/Service Automation
- Support Opcenter(MES) operation
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related disciplines with a research-oriented mindset
- Have GenAI basic knowledge
- Good at python,C#, Oracle PLSQL development
- Good at English communication
