Job Description

Join period: Anytime from Jan 2026. As an intern in AI research, development and implementation role, you will be involved in supporting the wafer technology in wafer test process. You will have the opportunity to learn, work, and gain professional experience in research, development, and implementation AI,machine learning, deep learning, professional coding, test programs,advanced data analytics and contributing to the enhancement of wafer testing operation.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Perform AI Research, development, and implementation (choose one) for: 1.1 Wafer defect map pattern recognition and automated tools control 1.2 AI inspection using computer vision and image processing 1.3 Machine authentication using facial recognition 1.4 Equipment predictive maintenance 1.5 Feasibility study in LLM (Large Language Model) for Smart Manufacturing applications
  • Conduct professional coding using Python with Tensorflow, CV (ComputerVision) with GitLab repository
  • Implement AI with MLOps (Machine Leaning Operation)
  • Perform advanced automated data analytics using KNIME
  • Perform code review
  • Conduct Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects related to wafer test applications

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Currently studying 3rd or 4th year in a Bachelor or Masters in Robotics and Computational Intelligence Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in programming language in Python with CV2, Tensorflow, MLflow
  • Source code repository e.g. GIT, GitHub, GitLab
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical methods
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in coding and testing.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to document code and interact with team members.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior engineers.
