Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring all transaction movements of inventory to ensure accuracy and trace in/out transactions and investigate case of problems.
  • Initiative or guide for the proper solutions to perform routine clerical duties, including data entries.
  • Monitoring and interfacing inventory movement transactions for both POS and Accounting Systems to ensure inventory balance accuracies.
  • Perform cost analysis and preparing inventory reports, inventories account reconciliation and related accounts on monthly basis.
  • Attend to observe for physical counts at locations and reconciliation to make sure before adjustment if needed.
  • Monitoring inventories aged in order to manage and prepare inventory provision report.
  • Coordinating with related parties in order to improve control.
  • Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Personal Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply chain or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years proven working experience in accounting (inventory).
  • Working knowledge of inventories management logical and systematic.
  • Proficient in computer literacy especially MS Excel, SAP B1 system is preferable.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skill and good communication skills.
  • Experience in Retail Business is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English, especially reading and writing, for working with overseas teams.
